Affectionately dubbed the “Maui Wowie,” a nod to the famed strain of marijuana cultivated in Hawaii, this vibrant SB Dunk High pays homage to the island state, joining the ranks of previous models like the “Aloha” collaboration with Kicks Hawaii in 2004 and the volcano-themed SB Dunk Low known as the “Hawaii” in 2006. Distinguished by its design, the shoe boasts a breezy blue Hawaiian print as its base, exuding the essence of the tropical paradise. Hidden beneath the surface, a hairy green suede material is concealed within overlays on the forefoot, collar, and heel, revealing itself as the Hawaiian print textile wears or tears off.
